Very knowledgeable and professional in regards to their services. A gentleman by the name of Adam was very helpful and completely satisfied our needs. The install was flawless and we highly recommend them!

I am very happy with my alarm. Adam did a good job listening to my needs and designed an alarm system to my needs. The install looks clean and the techs were very professional. The monitoring is also very reasonable as well and gives my wife piece of mind. I set it off accidental and they were quick to call me to ask if everything was okay. I recommend them to people looking for an alarm system.

I've been using Alert Protective for over 10 years. I feel safer since I've gotten the system. Their installers were quick and tidy and their customer service continues to be professional and responsive. I strongly recommend them to any home or business seeking an alarm system and service.

Alert Protective has been great. Our alarm has been set off a few times by service people entering the apartment that didn't know the code. They were very on top of calling my wife or I right away and keeping us in the loop. Thanks you!
